How do professional accounts work?

To make sure we follow guidelines and sell products to customers who are trained and certified we need you to provide us with evidence. To do this you  can email us your evidence after you have completed an order. You only need to do this once, we will then set your account to professional. 

How else can I provide evidence? 

In order to be certified as a professional customer we need you to upload a piece of documentation which shows you're a professional. To do this please click here. Alternatively you can email us - info@powerporium.co.uk .If you don't your order will be delayed while we wait for certification.

Are all products new and genuine?  

We are official resellers of Strictly Professional and Salon System products. All products come straight from the manufacturer. The is a small chance that some products from other vendors such as Loreal may have some superficial damaged due to the packing process. However, all products are brand new and unused.

How long will my order take to come? 

We offer a consistent next day delivery service with the royal mail with orders before 2pm on a working day. Orders made on a weekend will be fulfilled and posted the next working day. The company is unable to predict a time frame of parcel delivery but advises us that it will be next day when selected, however with this service there is outside conditions that affect delivery time ie: weather conditions, traffic, bank holidays  etc. which is outside of their control and ours.

How do I return an Item? 

If your purchase is unsuitable you can exchange for a credit note or company gift voucher. All sales are final. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging in order for your return to be processed. Items must be received in the original condition so please pack up carefully.
